Todd Drummond Consulting, LLC (“TDC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates todd-drummond.com. This business-to-business website is intended primarily for business representatives in North America.
Information We Collect
We may collect:
- Information submitted through the Contact form, including your name, work email address, company, phone number, inquiry details, and other information you choose to provide.
- Information submitted through the TWE beta-interest form, including your name, work email address, company or organization, phone number, operational challenge, goals, timing, and other information you choose to provide.
- Information submitted through the Bonus Guide form, including your name, email address, required acknowledgments, and your optional marketing choice.
- Your cookie and tracking preferences.
- Technical information processed by our hosting and security services, such as requested pages, dates and times, referring pages, browser and device characteristics, and IP addresses in ordinary server, firewall, or security logs.
Gravity Forms is configured not to store a visitor’s IP address with entries from website forms. GoDaddy, Sucuri, and other infrastructure providers may still process IP addresses in operational and security logs.
Please do not submit proprietary files, credentials, customer information, or confidential production data through the TWE beta-interest form.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Deliver requested website content, including the Bonus Guide.
- Answer inquiries and provide individual business or sales follow-up.
- Evaluate TWE beta-program fit, timing, and program needs, and contact you about possible requirements, participation terms, testing, or related follow-up. Submitting interest does not guarantee selection.
- Send marketing communications only when a visitor makes the separate optional marketing choice.
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and protect the website.
- Detect spam, misuse, and security threats.
- Maintain business records and respond to privacy requests.
The Bonus Guide is delivered whether or not you opt into marketing. If you select the optional email-updates checkbox, your name and email address may be sent to iContact for marketing-email management. The Contact form is currently used for inquiry response and individual follow-up; TDC does not currently upload Contact-form or Bonus Guide information to advertising audiences.
TWE beta-interest information is used for program evaluation and individual follow-up. Submitting the form does not add you to the iContact marketing list or create an advertising audience.
Cookies and Tracking Choices
The cookie-preferences panel groups website technologies into Necessary, Marketing, Analytics, Preferences, and Unclassified categories. Necessary technologies support website operation, security, forms, and remembering privacy choices. Nonessential categories remain off unless you choose them.
The consent banner offers equally prominent Accept All and Reject All choices, plus Cookie Preferences for category-level choices. You can later review or withdraw your choice through the persistent Cookie Preferences control. Consent choices expire after one year. The site also respects supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
Google Site Kit and Google Tag Manager remain disabled. The LinkedIn Insight Tag is used only for LinkedIn website retargeting or Matched Audiences and is configured to load only after a visitor chooses the Marketing category. Rejecting or withdrawing Marketing consent prevents the tag from loading on a fresh page visit.
Hosting and security logs are not controlled by the website cookie banner because they are used at the infrastructure level to deliver and protect the site.
The Bonus Guide form uses Cloudflare Turnstile as a necessary security measure to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Turnstile may process browser, device, network, and form-interaction signals for that purpose. TDC does not use Turnstile for advertising, and Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not use cookies. Because it protects the form, Turnstile is not controlled by optional marketing consent. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
How Information Is Shared
Information may be processed by:
- GoDaddy and Sucuri for hosting, content delivery, firewall, security, and related infrastructure.
- Cloudflare for Turnstile bot and form-abuse detection on the Bonus Guide form.
- WordPress and Gravity Forms for website operation and form-entry management in TDC’s hosted WordPress database.
- iContact when a Bonus Guide visitor separately opts into marketing email.
- TDC’s business email provider when form notices or correspondence are sent.
- Other professional or technical providers when reasonably necessary to operate the website, comply with legal requirements, investigate misuse, or protect TDC or others.
TWE beta-interest submissions are processed and stored through WordPress and Gravity Forms and may be delivered to TDC through its business email provider. GoDaddy and Sucuri may process related technical information in ordinary hosting and security logs.
TDC does not sell or license personal information.
Retention
Contact, TWE beta-interest, and Bonus Guide form entries are configured for automatic permanent deletion after they are more than 90 days old. Gravity Forms performs this through a daily scheduled task, so an eligible entry may remain for approximately another day.
Marketing-list information may remain in iContact while a person is subscribed and as needed to preserve an unsubscribe or suppression record. Email correspondence, hosting and security logs, and backup copies follow their respective operational schedules.
Your Choices and Privacy Requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, or use of your personal information. WordPress Personal Data Export and Personal Data Erasure integration is enabled for information stored in WordPress. Those tools may not automatically remove corresponding records held in email, iContact, backups, or security systems.
- Change or withdraw cookie choices through Cookie Preferences.
- Stop marketing email through the unsubscribe link in an email.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you.
Send privacy requests to todd@todd-drummond.com, attention Todd. TDC may verify a request by asking the requester to respond from the same email address or provide other information reasonably necessary to confirm identity.
Security and Processing Locations
TDC uses hosting and website-security services intended to help protect submitted information. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where TDC’s service providers operate.
Business Audience
This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when website practices, providers, or requirements change. The revision date at the top identifies the current version. If a change materially affects consent-based processing, visitors may be asked to make a new choice.
