Consulting Service Guarantee

My consulting fees are backed up by a guarantee:

If I do not provide you with the written, agreed upon services, then my fees will be reduced or waived. Before any services are provided, an agreement will be provided with clear objectives that must be agreed upon by both parties. These objectives are the stated goals that the client and I can expect to accomplish. If my fees are to be reduced or waived, then it will be based on the failure to complete the stated goals. However, this guarantee does not apply to expenses. All traveling expenses, including lodging and food, must be paid by the client regardless of the results of the consultation.

Some of the characteristics that the client can expect are…

Total honesty. What good will it be, for either party, if I am not totally up-front about any and all issues?
Complete confidentiality of all studies and results that the consultation provides.
You can be assured that my services will be conducted in a professional manner at all times. When I am interacting with any personnel, my actions and words reflect professionalism in all regards.
If something is requested of me, and it is beyond my area of expertise, then I will do my best to refer you to other organizations that can assist you.

Total honesty. Good communication is essential.
To be effective, I must have access and cooperation from all personnel in the areas involved. Their participation is crucial to achieving the objectives of the stated goals. The best way to do this is by explaining the purpose, how it will be accomplished, and by whom before my arrival at the company.
If there are any sensitive areas of concern, they should be stated in writing before any consulting service is agreed upon. This should include issues that are off-limits for whatever reason the client feels is necessary. Employee issues are good examples. This should include any individuals or departments that the client does not want the consultation to address.
